- OPERATION
- Our automata are designed to operate 24/7. If you wish, you can also connect them to a timer. You can add small accessories to the automata as long as they do not interfere with the movements and do not damage the plush.
- DURATION
- You can use our online calendar to choose the rental dates that suit you.
- RATE
- The rental rate is based on a period of 6 weeks with the possibility of adding additional weeks. In the low season, it is possible to make short-term rentals with a minimum of 48 hours. Do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests.
- RETURN
- We will inform the carrier for the pickup of the automaton. You will then receive an email with the shipping label for the return. You must ensure that the automaton is stored in the box by the scheduled date. Each automaton is delivered in a wooden box to be kept carefully for the return.
- MAINTENANCE
- The automata are checked and cleaned before shipping, please return them in good condition, clean and well vacuumed. (Artificial snow, glitter, etc.) Restoration fees may be charged if the automaton has suffered damage during the rental period with a minimum cleaning fee of €150. The automata must be placed indoors, protected from moisture and out of reach of children.
- INSURANCE
- During the rental period, the machine is covered by your insurance in case of theft or damage.
- Customer Service
- If despite all our attention, a malfunction occurs, call us and we will make sure to send you a machine as soon as possible.
