LOBSTER

Our lobster is the star crustacean of our cuisine. Once baited and caught, it is cooked to adorn the plates of great Michelin-starred chefs and to enchant with its large stature the refined dishes of the finest gourmets. 

Did the chef simply turn his back on it for a moment, or did he simply decide to spare it before simmering it once the marinade was adjusted? 

Determined not to end up in the pot, our dear lobster is resolute and will not let itself be boiled! 

It bravely lifts the lid of the pot, allowing us to discover its incredible shell tinted red, its highly prized architectural claws, and its long antennae. 

The adorable round little eyes of our bold decapod, with the help of providence, will allow it to escape the chef, evading its fate to return to the open sea.
